We retained PermitZip to create mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans for a new location of our martial arts school in Fairfax County, VA. The PZ team listened carefully to our requirements and prepared plans quickly and economically for submission. The plumbing plans were approved without difficulty, but the mechanical and electrical plans required many revisions in what seemed to devolve into "whack-a-mole". We attribute this incessant back-and-forth to the County; it was not due to any failing by PZ. On the contrary, we were extremely happy with PZ's responsiveness to the evolving County requirements. Moreover, PZ provided superb assistance in helping us economically source equipment including an exhaust fan, ionizer and dehumidifier, which necessitated meeting virtually several times with our HVAC contractor. In sum, when the going got tough, PZ stuck by us to make sure our plans were approved. For this reason, we would retain PZ again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.
