2,000 SF barre studio fit-out in Richmond — mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design sized for a high-occupancy fitness room inside an existing building.
Overview
City Barre took over a newly renovated shell space in a former industrial building, bringing new life to an empty corner of the Scott's Addition neighborhood of Richmond. This was the first location for City Barre, a studio focused on ballet-inspired movements to improve functional strength. PermitZIP completed electrical design for this project, using existing service equipment installed during the shell phase to circuit the new tenant.
