Overview

~50,000 Sq ft ground up mixed use (multi-family and commercial) building in the manchester area of Richmond, VA. Team members included SMBW as project architects.


Mechanical

Electrical

The building is equipped with a new 120/208V Wye, 2,000-amp electrical service. A modular meter stack on the building's exterior provides power to each of the 65 apartments through individual utility meters. Additionally, a life-safety generator supplies backup power to the elevator and emergency lighting via two dedicated automatic transfer switches.
